Value conflicts between various social institutions such as home and school is one of the major challenges in Iran society. Majore purpose this research is “Qualitative explanation value conflicts between home and school”. This research has been with qualitative method and purposive sampling,and individual and group(Focus group) interviews. For this purpose, eleven individually and hundered group (within fifteen sessions) were interviewed.Then researcher analyzed recorded interviews with method thematic analyze. Overall,The findings indicates that home and school discurce are againest with seven categories, marriage, education, religious, beautiful body, consumerism, gender roles and relationship with the opposite sex. These values are configuration and are not autonomous but are affiliated with religious values. Also, home institution promotes Individual values ,while school system increase collective values. Whatever the family has the same mentality with school values, It is easier to reproduce the values of the school. The results indicates that increased media consumption(media abuse) is one of the the reasons resistance againest the discurse of school.
